Our systems thinking approach eliminates the need for redundant cleaning. Each cleaning operative is trained to assess each room carefully before cleaning, prioritising areas and surfaces that are visibly dirty and require greater attention. As a result, our contracted hours are used meaningfully and enables us to enhance the standards for our customers.
FLOW CLEANING
With our flow cleaning approach, each cleaning operative is responsible for no more than two cleaning tasks a day. Our Cleaning Team systematically work through the site, completing their assigned tasks in each room. At the end of the cleaning wave, the Site Supervisor or the final cleaning operative will inspect each area to ensure high standards are upheld. This has boosted the productivity at our sites, while effectively mitigating the risk of cross contamination.
EQUIPMENT
We offer cutting-edge cleaning equipment that enhances efficiency and produces high standards. Among our innovative solutions are eco-friendly options designed to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Some of what we offer includes the electrostatic spray gun, a revolutionary tool that eliminates bacteria and viruses. Additionally, many of our larger sites have either a WILLMOP or the I-mop which are advanced manoeuvrable scrubber driers that tackle stubborn dirt from hard floors. Where clients do not want to use chemicals, we offer BubbleFlush and Aquasmart which only require water. With our range of innovations, we ensure that our clients receive the service they deserve.
YBC APP
Over the years, we have been developing one of the best innovations that is exclusive to YBC: our app. With secure login details, our app is tailor-made to make the lives of our clients and staff easier. Our staff can manage their tasks, organise their schedules, and even communicate with each other through our internal portal. The app will track of consumables, stock, equipment status for each site making it easier for our admin team. We offer our clients a level of transparency and honesty like no other company as clients will have immediate access to all reports related to their sites. All correspondence is logged, recorded to be actioned where necessary. This ensures that issues are rectified and gives no opportunity for miscommunication.
